• The project required the supply and installation of electrical services encompassing Sub station, Main Switchboard and Distribution Boards, Standby Generator, Light, Lighting Control, Power, Communications, and MATV.
• The projects consisted of two new buildings. The Stage 2 “Innovation Centre” project consisted of new Offices, Research rooms, and Function rooms with a major Atrium splitting the building into two structures through an inviting open space. The facility included a complex communications system with several communications rooms per floor.

The Stage 3 “LSR Manufacturing” project included the expansion of the existing hygienic manufacturing facilities including production moulding facilities and storage warehousing.
