• We have held a maintenance contract with Qantas on this site since Barnwell Cambridge’s inception in 1988. We have a permanent site office, airside vehicles and an experienced site-specific team of full time staff with Airport Security Clearance at the Qantas Jet Base, Mascot. Members of this team have been working in the precinct for over 30 years and as such have full knowledge and understanding of the site and its supporting systems.
• We have both Airside and Landside access at Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport to enable seamless maintenance and installation works across the airport . The company has also undertaken many specialised projects within the Sydney Airport precinct, including International First and Business Class Lounges, Chairman’s Lounge, T2 Redevelopment, Aircraft Hangars and Check Bag Screening to name just a few.
• In addition to the above, we have also worked with Sydney Airport Corporation Limited (SACL) on numerous construction and maintenance projects throughout the Sydney Airport precinct with the company being a preferred Installation Commissioner of the International & Domestic Terminals Emergency Lighting System.
• In addition to ongoing installation and service work, the Company is responsible for the testing and maintenance of the various electrical systems from High Voltage to general Light and Power to Emergency Lighting systems.

The project consists of

• New Energy Australia’s kiosk Substation and Consumer Mains from Substation.
• New Main Switchboard, Power Factor Control and Distribution Boards
• Power Supplies to Lift, Mechanical Plant, Swimming Pool Plant & Hydraulic Services
• Lighting complete with C-Bus Lighting Control System interfacing with BMS System.
• Emergency & Exit lighting System
• Audio Visual System Auditorium, Public Address System
• Hearing loop system to the auditorium, Swimming pool & Multipurpose Court
• Access Control & CCTV Security System
• Communication System
• MATV System
